TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern all room bookings and related services within the Riad
2. Reservation
The reservation is considered firm and final upon receipt of written confirmation.
A valid credit/debit card may be requested as a guarantee.
The guest is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking.
3. Rates and taxes
Rates are indicated in EUR or in the currency specified at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated, rates are exclusive of city tax and any other local taxes, which are payable on site.
4. Cancellation policy
4.1. Free cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
No amount will be charged if the cancellation is received no later than 7 days before the arrival date (local time of the Property).
4.2. Late cancellation
Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the total stay amount.
4.3. No-show
In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, without prior notice, the Property will charge 100% of the total amount of the booked stay.
The reservation will then be considered cancelled for the entire stay.
4.4. Shortened stay
Any early departure after check-in may result in a charge of up to 100% of the remaining nights, in accordance with the policy applied by the Property at the time of booking.
5. Payment terms
Payment may be required in whole or in part before arrival or at check-in, depending on the conditions of the booked rate.
Accepted methods of payment (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.) are specified by the Property.
6. Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are set by the Property and communicated to the guest at the time of booking or in the confirmation.
Any unauthorised late departure may result in the charge of an additional night.
7. Pets
Pets are accepted by prior request only and subject to the Property’s written approval.
